The wine opens with aromas of peach tea, chamomile, and coriander, leading into a weighty wine exhibiting flavors of white nectarine, mango and hint of passion fruit, finishing off dry and structured.  Perfect pairings for this wine include cheese and charcuterie, vegetables/vegetarian fare, as well as with meats from turkey, to chicken, and all type of fish.
